Get to Know Me

As Managing Broker of California and Colorado, Casey McLoed is focused on supporting Side’s partners statewide by providing them with risk management support, transactional advice, guidance on California Association of REALTORSⓇ (CAR), SFAR and PRDS contracts, inter brokerage communications, dispute resolution and regulatory guidance.

Prior to joining Side, he served as the Sales Manager of two top-performing offices at one of the largest independent real estate companies in the Sacramento area.

Casey currently serves as 2023 REALTORⓇ Party of California Chair for CAR, and also serves on both the Legislative and Federal Committees. He is also a REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Fundraising Trustee for the National Association of REALTORSⓇ (NAR) and an NAR RPAC Hall of Fame member. He has served on multiple other RPAC committees on the national level.

Casey has been awarded as his local association’s REALTORⓇ of the Year, was the Special President’s Award Recipient and holds designations including CRB, CRS, SRS, ABR, e-Pro, PSA, RENE, AHWD, SFR and C2EX.
